Delivery

We process orders placed before 1.30pm the same working day, unless otherwise stated by banner message (UK times, Mon-Fri, Exc public holidays), Should your order not meet the same day dispatch cut off it will be dispatched the following working day, In exceptional circumstances this may be extended by another day, however we will endevour to notify you. We currently dispatch Monday- Friday only excluding bank holidays

UK standard delivery usually within 2-4 working days  from dispatch,  Next Day UK delivery should arrive the next working day after dispatch (exc weekends & public holidays) & will require a signature, If a next day service is chosen & delivery is not attempted next working day your full delivery costs will be refunded to you within 14 days, please notify us as soon as possible so we can submit a claim with the carrier for you.

Approx 93% of UK orders arrive in 2-3 days, however we state 2-4 working days is a guide & is not guaranteed. Please allow up to 14 days for standard delivery, refunds & exchanges shall not be issued until 14 days has lapsed, However we can assist with communications with the carrier after 7 days. Please let us know if your item has not arrived within 30 days.

Should your item not arrive you may be asked to contact your neighbours & local sorting & delivery office to ensure your order isn’t being held there, It is not unusual for delivery to be returned to the sorting office after failed delivery with no notification, Details of missing orders may be passed to the carrier & police for investigation.*

* Due to continued fraudulent claims of loss orders are sent with a 2D smart barcode for delivery confirmation, they are scanned upon delivery, fraudulent claims for loss will not be tolerated & details of offenders may be passed to the postal service & Action Fraud for investigation

Delivery to outside UK is usually 5-14 days, however please allow up to 30 days, refunds shall not be issued until 30 days has lapsed, Please let us know if your item has not arrived within 37 days.

Please allow longer during busy postal periods such as Christmas & Easter.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, should a parcel be returned to us & re-sent you will need to cover P&P costs, should you prefer a refund in these circumstances a refund will be issued excluding P&P costs.

If you provide a delivery address with incorrect or incomplete details that causes goods to not be delivered to the desired destination, we will not issue a refund, provide any compensation, or resend the goods without further payment, if your order is returned in this situation, we will contact you once to inform you & follow up shortly after with a invoice for re-delivery, the invoice will be via the original payment method you used, unless you request otherwise, it is your responsibility to ensure this is paid promptly to enable us to dispatch again, we are not able to chase payment for re-delivery in this situation.

Re-sent orders are not eligible for free gift packaging, no matter the value total.

We currently do not ship to Italy, should a order be made from Italy the order shall be cancelled & refund made.

Comments left to delivery service such as ‘leave with neighbour’ or ‘ leave in porch’ will not be viewable by delivery service, this is because any claim for compensation would be void if your item was stolen in such circumstances, As such the delivery service we use is not able to follow such instructions.

Orders outside Europe may incur customs charges from the destination, this is beyond our control & you are entirely responsible for these.

Delivery is dispatched via Royal Mail & will arrive with your postman, for international orders your order will arrive by your countries postal service

Payment

Full payment is taken at checkout when you confirm your payment.

Orders confirmed with no payment received will receive a email reminder with payment link, If payment remains outstanding the order will be auto cancelled in 24 hours.

Our payment process is securely hosted by Paypal & Stripe so your debit/credit card details are safe , Our checkout is also protected by SSL certification. (we endeavor to confirm your order by e-mail),

Out of Stock Items
Due to high demand occasionally some sizes or colours may be out of stock for a short time. In the event of this we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail.

General Information
All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds

All Goods are offered for sale subject to availability and subject to our acceptance of the order, Following payment you will receive a email copy of your order details, this is no way a acceptance of your order, A.Kewley t/a Baby Moo’s reserves the right to reject any order without the obligation to assign any reason for so doing, Order acceptance and the formation of a contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered, This will be confirmed to you by way of a dispatch email.

Baby Moo’s has a duty to supply goods that comply with the contract made between Baby Moo’s & you as a paying customer, Every effort has been taken to describe and show all products as accurately as possible; however due to differences in colour palettes between the web and clothing dyes we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

All sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible; however slight variations in sizing may occur.

Returns & Exchanges
1. Just return the item within 14 days of receipt, unworn with any tags still attached and in its original condition.

2. Please enclose a note with order number & email address, telling us the reason you are returning it. State whether you would like a refund or exchange.

3. If the value exceeds £20.00 we suggest that all returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery or insured post if outside the UK as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post & refunds/exchange will not be made if it is lost, Please ensure you ask the postal service for proof of posting & keep this safe, this will enable you to claim via the postal service for the item should it be lost.

4. Returns are sent at your own expense; however we will send exchanged items free of P&P.

5. On receipt & satisfaction item has not been worn, You will receive your refund within 7-14 days of us receiving your return, Refunds can only be made via the original payment method & the additional cost for using a delivery method other than standard will not be refunded.

Alternatively…

You may use the cancellation form attached to your order confirmation, however it is not necessary please see above for alternative option to cancel, return or exchange, If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a 3rd party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform A Kewley t/a Baby Moo’s of your decision to cancel this contract by clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To exercise your cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will refund  all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. This deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.

You must bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other

than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Bespoke & custom made/printed items;

Due to the nature of custom made/printed items, refunds can not be issued, Replacements will be offered where possible should the item be faulty, in this case the item should be returned within 7 days of receiving the faulty item.
